Consider a research problem and conceptualize a qualitative study you want to conduct to address the problem. Write a plan for the procedures to be used in your qualitative study. Include your role and reflexivity, data collection procedures, data recording procedures, data analysis procedures, interpretation, and validity and reliability. Use the guidelines provided in Creswell et al (2018) for the elements to include in your qualitative study. 600 or more words.

Based on a simulated scenario with background information and results, write a complete research study with the information that is provided. As a researcher, you are seeking to determine if there are differences in the self-esteem levels of male and female employees of the Urban Municipal Center, located in an urban setting in Maine. The Self-Esteem Inventory
was the instrument used for data collection and has a Cronbach’s Alpha level = .90 with established validity. Given the sample sizes, the Central Limit Theorem was used to assume that the data passes the normality assumption.

Data collection
Instructions
Develop the second part of the methodology of your research work. Use as a reference what is established in the assigned readings of the book. In it you must explain in detail the following parts:
Describe the instrument you will use for the investigation.
Identify and describe the research variables.
Establish operational procedures.
Propose possible analyzes to interpret the data or information that is expected to be collected.

Research question:

Based on the following information I need you to have a reference regarding the Methodology choices for why the research should be qualitative and why should choose will be using interviews and focus group. please use in text citation for the reasons.
additional information about the Methodology choice:
Research question:
1.    Why darb zubaydah natural reserve should have eco-tourism? sub
2.    Why eco-tourism important for local and international tourists ? main
3.    What’s the difference between eco-tourism and normal tourism? sub
4.    What’s the impact of ecotourism for the development of tourism destinations?  sub
5.    How eco tourism benefit Saudi Arabia? sub
Methodology
The research Methodology is qualitative research as we want to understand concepts, thoughts, experiences or opinion. For that we will be using qualitative as we want to get a deep understanding of `Why ecotourism important for local and international tourists?”.Based on the answers we get, we will be asking the follow-up (sub) questions to clarify the concept of our research project. We will be using interviews and focus group.

Explain the conceptual and operational defintions of the independent variable (communication apprehension) and the dependent variables (decision-making confusion, commitment anxiety, and external conflict).

Interpret Table 2; what do these statistics tell us about people with high, average, and low communication apprehension as it relates to the three dependent variables (decision-making confusion, commitment anxiety, and external conflict)?
