Your research and the solution you offer will benefit your office and the public by influencing needed policy changes.

For this assignment, you will create an infographic poster that captures and displays what was important to you based on what you learned or your “take aways” are from what topics we just studied.
Please don’t forget it’s a infographic poster not an essay or something with too many things written you need to display your point of view with images more than words. It’s the last one so make sure to do your best !
please refer to the sample of infographic poster updated.I have also uploaded the material for this chapter on pdf. feel free to reach out for any question.

Please see attached files for info on what is needed for this paper. I have attached the assignment and grading rubric, the article from the link mentioned in the assignment, some power point notes and a couple of sample papers of what I am needing. APA format, 12pt Times New Roman. Please let me know if this can’t be done as “original, from scratch” like is promised on your website. I was burned on another paper from Academized where the writer copied it from one on course hero. Not only did I fail the assignment, ALL of my submissions to my school are now run through Turnitin and I have been warned I would be dropped by them if I turned in another paper found to be plagiarized.. please don’t let me down!

Each response will be no less than 1.5 pages (approximately 450 – 500 words at 1.5 spacing) and no more than 2 pages ((approximately 700 – 750 words at 1.5 spacing).Institutional safety, defined as ensuring staff and offender safety is a foundation for prisons successfully fulfilling the mission. Offender Disciplinary process, Grievance Process, and Programs are among other offender management tools intended to regulate offender behaviors while incarcerated as well as in preparation for reentry. Administrative Segregation is an extreme measure to address significant and violent behavior that has been used within prisons for decades, but the appropriateness of this process, as historically used, has been questioned if it is appropriate for ensuring secure and effective prison operations. Until recently, treatment programming has had a checkered history ranging from not being a part of the corrections operations to being a focus of correctional practices to being a secondary concern to being a focal point for addressing recidivism. As noted above, treatment and programs were viewed as being important, but only recently have these efforts been received and have been driven by science and what works literature. The management of offenders within the prisons is again experiencing change. These efforts are now associated with efforts driven by individual program plans. These efforts now guide organizational efforts around which an offender’s current episode of incarceration is designed. These efforts have resulted in part to current efforts that are targeted and intentional and are at the core of offender reentry efforts.Given the current state of the prison experience, security and treatment, address the issues below:1/Are the various offender management and disciplinary practices pertinent to offender management? Explain your response and identify the reasons and examples underlying your assessment.2/Are the current practices of security and treatment programming co-partners in the efforts underlying correctional practices? If not, which governs prison practices involving offenders and why? Again, identify the reasons and examples underlying your assessment.3/ It is important to leverage the science and the “what works literature” that support such tools and “what works literature.”4/What alternatives would be available or more appropriate? Explain your response.5/What is your overall analysis of the relationship between security, health (medical and MH), and programs? What is the relationship among these issues: is it hierarchical (what is the rank order), relational or random.6/What are the public’s expectations for when offenders return home and how do offender behavior control tools (Administrative Segregation and Offender Disciplinary process) affect offenders once released.7/Explain the degree or level of responsibility for the success these Correctional components may have: Corrections organizations, their staff, offenders, and the public?Your response needs to be inclusive of these questions and others that you determine to be pertinent to the topic. In addition, provide specific examples to clarify and detail your Post

The paper detail should be in the additional material, If you have future questions feel free to ask. Do try and use the sources I have already found, but you can use others if that’s beneficial to the work. I think 4 pages should be sufficient. I can do the title page and references page.

Be sure to provide examples.

An example of a hypothesis would be: You could propose a hypothesis that focuses on whether law enforcement is better equipped to handle terrorism post 9/11 or whether airline safety has improved since the attacks of 9/11, etc.
Then select two methods of inquiry and how you would apply them to your hypothesis to reach a conclusion.

This need to be a literature-based dissertation on the research projects that have already been carried out in Europe. How do the programs already running aid the rehabilitation of young offenders, what gaps are there in the research that has already been done, and why don’t we have more of this sort of thing in England and wales? etc.
This also needs to be of 1:1 standard, please.
